What I'm looking for

I seek a role that aligns with my skills and interests in program management, talent development, and compliance. I value a culture that fosters innovation and continuous learning, along with opportunities for growth, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact.

I began my professional journey teaching English to non-native speakers in the non-profit sector, which exposed me to various business lines, including apparel manufacturing, customer support, local farming, and supply chain management. This experience led to my role as a Senior Talent Development Specialist, where I developed training programs and materials, facilitated classes, and created career advancement tracks for staff. I also participated in teams focused on compliance and organizational development.

My involvement in compliance projects sparked my interest in data privacy. Most recently, I served as a Privacy Compliance Program Manager, responsible for operationalizing privacy practices to ensure regulatory compliance for a start up fin-tech company. Additionally, I have leveraged my experience in learning and development to implement programs that ensure comprehensive privacy planning and training for the organization.

To advance my privacy knowledge and credentials, I have completed Privacy trainings and certifications with Securiti.Ai and OneTrust. I am now actively preparing for IAPP’s CIPM exam.
