I deliver road safety education and awareness programmes at the Department of Road Transport Services, engaging learners, drivers, pedestrians, passengers, and communities on safe road-use practices.

I develop presentations, workshops, campaigns, educational materials, reports, and records while collecting feedback to evaluate programme effectiveness. I collaborate with schools, communities, organisations, and stakeholders to promote behavioural change and safer roads.

Previously, I supported classroom learning at Ralekgetho Primary School through lesson delivery, learner support, assessments, record keeping, and classroom activities. I also supported Botswana Red Cross Society's COVID-19 response through contact tracing, community engagement, public health awareness, data collection, and confidential follow-ups.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Adult Education focused on Community Development and Lifelong Learning, I bring strong communication, research, digital, organisational, and interpersonal skills to remote teams.
