I am a results-driven Human Resources graduate with hands-on experience across the UK Probation Service, health and social care, and support services. I manage sensitive information with care, maintain compliance with policies, and work effectively within structured systems.

In my current probation-focused role, I support the supervision and management of individuals on probation, ensuring compliance with court orders and rehabilitation plans. I maintain accurate and confidential case records, conduct risk assessments, contribute to safeguarding decisions, and produce professional reports while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

Alongside this, I have supported individuals with complex needs in regulated care environments—protecting dignity, monitoring wellbeing, escalating concerns appropriately, and implementing personalized support plans with healthcare professionals and family members. I also built HR exposure through recruitment support, training administration, onboarding documentation, and policy updates, driven by a strong commitment to people development, ethical practice, and positive social impact.
