Omkar Sahasrabudhe

I am an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in food manufacturing and restaurant operations. In my current role at The Creme Company, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of food manufacturing operations, including production, planning, store management, vendor management, logistics, and strategical planning for catering services. I also develop budgets, set sales targets, control costs, and manage stock purchasing. I work closely with external suppliers to ensure the highest quality products and review product delivery to ensure agreements are met.

Prior to my current role, I worked as a Manager at Coma Coma, where I directed staff to maintain food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards. I also managed store operations and performed light paperwork duties. During my internship at ITC Maratha, I gained hands-on experience in various departments of the hotel, developing skills and leadership under the guidance of the General Manager and departmental leaders.
