I am an experienced banking and mortgage professional with a background in loan operations, branch management, and systems consulting. I have worked across retail banking and mortgage functions, providing training and implementing technology and procedures to improve client services.

At Wells Fargo I managed loan operations and multiple banking areas, and as a systems consultant I trained new employees and handled investments and new accounts daily. I focused on directing adoption of new technology and processes to raise service levels.

As an Assistant Manager at US Bank I managed branch operations, daily activities including vault operations, and guided new staff to define an effective work environment. I have a proven track record of meeting deadlines and SLAs while collaborating with quality assurance to identify and mitigate risks.

I am proficient with MS Office, strong in analysis, planning, and problem solving, and experienced in conducting research, reconciliation, and managing multiple projects independently. I am currently working as an Uber delivery driver while seeking to apply my banking operations and systems expertise to a new role.
