What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-facing support role where I can use CRM expertise, improve client satisfaction, and grow into leadership within a collaborative team.

I am a Support Manager with current experience delivering visa concierge services and leading customer-facing support functions. I combine hands-on CRM usage with a 360 support approach to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction.

Currently enrolled at Baku State University and working as a Visa Concierge since 2025, I work directly with customers and coordinate support workflows to ensure timely, accurate assistance.

I am multilingual (Azerbaijani, Russian, English) and bring strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and interests in sport, books, and travel to foster positive customer relationships.
