At RoomMaster, I build Sadie, an AI customer support agent for chat, email, and voice using FastAPI, AWS Bedrock, LlamaIndex, and Qdrant RAG over 8,000+ knowledge-base chunks. I also architected a multi-tenant NestJS backend serving 100+ hotel properties and accelerated feature delivery 3x through Claude Code and Cursor workflows.
I’ve delivered end-to-end identity, security, and distributed systems, including OIDC/OAuth2, JWT and API-key authentication, encrypted email MFA, Redis event processing, and multi-region AWS infrastructure. I established 770+ automated tests, GitHub Actions coverage enforcement, and Grafana dashboards for tenant-level usage and latency.
At DXC Technology, I built Java and Spring Boot applications, improved search performance by 70%, and migrated 400+ users to a new Keycloak identity platform with SSO and MFA. I also reduced Docker deployment time from 45 minutes to 5 minutes through Ansible automation.
