Analyzed project applications for the Pandemic Fund, preparing detailed summaries to facilitate decision-making by the Technical Advisory Panel (TAP). Collected and integrated technical experts' feedback into project proposal summaries to ensure accurate and comprehensive evaluation materials.

Supported the documentation and communication initiatives of the Country Health Emergencies projects. Collected success stories, lessons learned, best practices, and testimonials for reporting and documentation purposes.

Conducted research and prepared reports highlighting achievements of WHO to the Regional Director, Director-General, and Member States. Enhanced the three-level operating model, enabling more seamless and agile ways of working for programmes, emergencies, external relations, and business operations.

Managed all English content on the website and social platforms, including 20+ articles weekly, visual content, and social posts, and managed a team of 15 staff members. Conducted interviews and developed communication products.

Researched and developed written content related to human rights and humanitarian issues. Published three articles monthly highlighting and advocating for areas such as refugee and displaced peoples' well-being and sexual crimes towards refugees.

Attended trainings and workshops for emergency relief and participated in key humanitarian operations nationally. Contributed to the Egyptian Red Crescent's first media team and supported advocacy for refugees residing in Egypt.

Pursued a Master's Degree in Criminology and Social Policy. This program focused on advanced studies in the field.

Completed a certification in International Humanitarian Law in Theory and in Practice. This program provided in-depth knowledge of humanitarian legal frameworks.

Obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications with a specialization in Radio & Television Broadcasting. The curriculum covered various aspects of media and broadcasting.
