What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end enterprise IT implementations—Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management—driving user adoption, resolving access/provisioning issues, and partnering with engineering and executives to modernize systems with minimal disruption.

I’m an IT consultant and systems specialist who leads software implementations, drives user adoption, and supports enterprise environments end to end. Across my roles, I’ve focused on Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management to keep organizations secure, functional, and moving forward.

In contract and embedded work, I’ve owned Tier 2/3 troubleshooting across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint-management platforms. I’ve resolved access, provisioning, and configuration issues end to end, and built documentation and training that reduced repeat tickets.

Currently, I’m serving in a product & operations liaison capacity where I drive technology-adoption and modernization initiatives with engineering, operations, and executive leadership. I’ve also built AI/LLM workflow automation to streamline research, analysis, and documentation, while serving as a primary liaison in a multilingual environment.

Before that, I coordinated technology deployments and service delivery in managed IT services, managing client-facing communications and escalations for enterprise rollouts. I bring strong stakeholder coordination, change management, and user adoption skills—bringing technical requirements to life while minimizing operational disruption.
