What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex software delivery, client implementation, and AI-enabled operations work where I can improve governance, automation, visibility, and outcomes across distributed teams.

I've led enterprise software implementations at QBench and i2c, taking regulated clients from configuration and data migration through UAT, training, launch, and hypercare. At QBench, I replaced a manual tracker for 45+ concurrent implementations with a live Jira-based delivery system and cut reporting effort by approximately 40%.

At u-blox, I built requirements and traceability governance for 10,000+ items across multi-site software programmes supporting cellular, positioning, automotive, industrial, IoT, and drone products. I standardised specification and verification practices, aligned distributed engineering teams on risks and delivery trade-offs, and automated workflows that reduced manual operational effort by approximately 50%.

I'm now building AI-integrated workflow systems through ArkstarNorth, combining LLM APIs, Python, REST APIs, webhooks, delivery dashboards, and human-in-the-loop evaluation to make client operations more reliable and visible.
