At Blooms Microfinance Bank, I handled customer enquiries and complaints while supporting data reporting across daily operations.

I tracked team and operational KPIs and prepared daily and weekly performance reports in Excel and Google Sheets for management.

I also wrote SQL queries to analyze operational data and identify trends that supported process improvements. My reports helped management support slow-performing agents and recognize hard-working team members.

On my Supermarket Sales Data Analysis project, I cleaned and explored sales data, then built interactive Power BI dashboards to show sales patterns and payment methods.
