I’m a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management and Procurement processes, with hands-on ERP support experience across AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 F&O. I focus on troubleshooting, system configuration, and business process optimization to keep procurement and supply chain operations running smoothly.

In my current role as an ERP Support Analyst at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc (2023–Present), I provide daily support for D365 F&O and AX 2012 users across purchasing, inventory, vendor management, and workflows. I manage data integrity through data entry, cleansing, validation, and security, while generating and updating reports that deliver business performance insights. I also configure and customize ERP modules, support integrations with external applications, and contribute to workflows, forms, and scripts—always paired with system testing (UAT/SIT), documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Before ERP support, I strengthened my communication and problem-solving through roles in customer service and as an Assistant Instructor at NIIT, where I delivered practical training on networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting. I bring that same customer-centric, analytical mindset into ERP environments—gathering requirements, mapping processes, training end-users, and driving continuous improvement so new system features and enhancements are adopted effectively.
