I’m a results-driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant and Certified Associate with 3+ years of progressive ERP implementation experience. I deliver end-to-end Dynamics NAV/Business Central solutions—from requirements gathering and system configuration to functional training, UAT support, and post-go-live troubleshooting—across manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.

In my current Business Central Associate Consultant role (Jan 2024–Present), I lead functional training for internal teams and client stakeholders, improving adoption across Finance, Inventory, and Supply Chain modules. I define, document, and communicate detailed business requirements, create and validate functional specifications and test plans, and run end-to-end data migration activities (data mapping, cleansing, validation, and import) to minimize data integrity risks.

Previously as a Business Central Trainee Consultant (Aug 2022–Dec 2023), I built foundational expertise across the Finance, Inventory, and Supply Chain modules through hands-on implementation projects. I assisted senior consultants with gathering and analysing client business requirements, supported user training and end-user documentation, and helped troubleshoot functional queries to strengthen client-facing delivery.

Before transitioning fully into ERP, I worked as a Customer Contact Centre Consultant at Stanbic IBTC Bank, where I handled complex customer inquiries and used Salesforce CRM to log interactions and resolution details. Today, I bring that client-focused discipline to ERP delivery—translating complex business needs into practical configurations that drive operational efficiency and long-term client satisfaction.
