I’m a Housekeeping Supervisor with 3+ years experience managing hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and team coordination at Adolak International Hotel. I bring an owner mindset to every shift—protecting the guest experience with calm, professional problem-solving.

I oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure “100% room readiness ahead of check-ins.” I coordinate with cleaners and maintenance to resolve issues quickly, conduct pre-arrival quality checks, and handle urgent needs outside regular hours including maintenance problems and VIP requests.

I act as the first point of contact for guest complaints and requests, resolving “90%+ of issues without escalation.” I also monitor guest feedback, flag recurring issues to management with suggestions for improvement, and support smooth communication between front desk, maintenance, and guests.
