I’m a PRINCE2-certified, communicative project management professional with a structured, methodical approach to delivery. I bring a strong foundation from project management training and development, and I’m known for organizing work, leading effectively, and collaborating across stakeholder levels.

In my Virtual Project Manager work, I identified and applied PRINCE2 principles, produced initiation documents and business cases, and built communication strategies aligned to project requirements. I also managed stakeholders, time and cost estimations, risk/RAID with contingency planning, progress reporting, and quality/change control—while optimising project stages and activities.

Outside project work, I’ve built experience supporting progress through monitoring and reporting, adapting tasks and materials, and collaborating with SEN teams and parents. As a Teaching Assistant, I maintain safe, structured environments and help implement EHCP targets, which strengthens my focus on clear documentation, teamwork, and dependable execution.
