I've led varied organisation-wide projects at the Royal College of Physicians since 2019, spanning annual accounts reporting, CRM upgrades, cyber security policy implementation, and website development.

I work with external suppliers, physicians, executive directors, and project committees to report progress honestly, manage risks and issues, and agree next steps. I tailor project approaches to the work while maintaining documentation and corporate sign-off throughout the project lifecycle.

I've developed PMO-branded templates, a monthly programme report tracking key projects against KPIs, and delivered in-house Introduction to Project Management and Advanced Project Management courses.

Before becoming a Project Manager, I built IT project coordination, administration, procurement, roadmap planning, and stakeholder-management experience at the same organisation. I'm PRINCE2 Practitioner qualified and use Agile sprint and scrum frameworks alongside tools including MS Project, Trello, Miro, Jira, Smartsheet, and Umbraco CMS.
