What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support operations with clear visuals, automate workflows, and use data-driven insights. I enjoy structured teamwork (Agile), continuous improvement, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

I’m a skilled, detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in customer service, time management, and process optimization. I’m especially drawn to turning data into practical improvements—whether that’s collecting insights, tightening workflows, or supporting automation to streamline day-to-day operations.

As a Bolt driver (Feb 2021–present), I’ve consistently delivered a 95% customer satisfaction rating, completed 1,500+ successful rides, and maintained a clean, reliable driving record with zero incidents. I use GPS and route optimization to save time, make smarter peak-time decisions, and quickly resolve passenger concerns to strengthen service quality.

Previously, as a Bartender at Trademarx Sport Bar @ Loftus (Feb 2015–Nov 2019), I managed busy shifts while keeping the bar environment clean, welcoming, and guest-focused. I supported team performance by guiding incoming bartenders, used upselling to improve sales, and handled payment exchanges with precision.

I also bring research and data discipline from my work as a Field Researcher & Data Capturer at UNISA (Apr 2012–Jun 2012), where I conducted on-site interviews, entered data into digital databases, and reviewed entries for completeness and discrepancies. Alongside my BSc in Mathematics & Statistics (expected Dec 2027), I hold certifications aligned with my direction in Visual Assistant, AI Automation, and Agile/Scrum.
