What I'm looking for

Seeking junior roles in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Technical Support, or Robotics. I hold an Honours degree in IT (Robotics), have practical business analysis experience, and am currently studying Biomedicine. I prefer remote, flexible, or part-time opportunities in Johannesburg or open to South African applicants, with opportunities for professional growth.

At Smartphone-for-All, I supported analysis and optimisation of the device lifecycle, including customer onboarding, fulfilment, insurance processes and warranty replacements. I refined workflows and documented requirements for a proposed microservices-based architecture.

I also prepared process-flow diagrams and operational maps to clarify dependencies across teams. My data analysis covered device usage behaviour, customer value metrics, ASPU uplift and digital inclusion impact.

My honours research examined robotics adoption in Johannesburg's healthcare sector, including hospital readiness, professional perceptions and integration barriers. I produced a research report with recommendations for sustainable adoption.

In an autonomous robotics project, I led a team designing and developing a system for sorting and transport use cases. I also developed a machine learning model using image processing for pattern recognition and object detection.
