I am a result-oriented systems and security administrator with extensive experience in systems administration, network engineering, CCTV operations, IT support, and security management. I have a B.Sc. in Electronics and Computer Engineering and multiple professional trainings in security and network technologies.
Over my career I have delivered operational CCTV control-room management, investigated incidents, maintained evidential records, configured and supported DNS, MPLS and IP/MPLS network solutions, and provided Tier I–III support for servers and network infrastructure. I have authored SOPs and post orders and led equipment checks, troubleshooting and client-facing SLA meetings.
