At Lets Fly / Comida de Dragão, I launched the DTC brand for an insect-protein biotech and own acquisition, CRO, retention, and the Shopify storefront. I shifted the revenue mix so DTC and resale reached 67%, built a creator program with 233 active partners, and improved a landing page’s initiated-checkout rate from 1.0% to 5.9%.
I also designed an AI agent system for marketing operations, with six automated monitors and 15 custom agent skills, and build the brand’s React and TypeScript pages, dashboards, and GA4 tracking. Before that, I professionalised Sítio Solidão, creating its trade marketing department, hiring and training a team of 14, and implementing an ERP.
