What I'm looking for

I want to lead payments and fraud product strategy end to end—owning partners, budgets, and customer journeys—at a growth-focused fintech where I can build high-performing teams and ship customer-first experiences.

I’m a Payments and product management professional with strong experience as both merchant and solution provider. I’m results-driven, commercially focused, and obsessive over the customer experience—especially the user journey, cashiers, and interfaces.

As Head of Payments and Fraud at Flutter UKI, I lead a multi-discipline team managing over £15bn worth of payments across Paddy Power, Sky Bet, Betfair, and Pokerstars. I’m responsible for payments strategy definition and execution, product management and development, payment partner/supplier/PSP/acquirer management, transaction routing/setup/config, and a significant budget for payments costs (£50m+).

Previously at ONE.io, I helped build a proprietary payments and banking platform end to end as part of the founding leadership team, driving growth from six employees to over a hundred and delivering FCA-regulated revenue generating solutions. I led multi-functional product delivery, embedded Agile and Kanban processes, expanded capabilities into FX/crypto trading and digital wallets, and became an issuer and MasterCard principle member—helping ONE become a card issuer across EEA.
