What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an international remote opportunity in customer support, customer success, CRM, operations, or virtual support. I'm also open to administrative support roles.

At FIDELITY BANK PLC, I support customers with account services, transactions, and digital banking. I manage enquiries, complaints, and escalations, documenting interactions in CRM systems and following issues through to resolution.

I received MD/CEO recognition for outstanding customer service and achieved 100% compliance across three annual audits. I also train and mentor colleagues in customer service and banking operations, and periodically support unit workflow coordination while acting as unit head.
