I’m looking for a fully remote back-office operations role in international settings, where I can design SOPs, manage high-volume document pipelines, and own SLA and compliance workflows across multi-stakeholder teams.

I’m an operations professional with 6+ years of experience building back office systems from scratch, managing high-volume document pipelines, and coordinating multi-stakeholder processes across international regulatory environments. I’m known for implementing and documenting SOPs, maintaining SLA compliance across large portfolios, and using legal knowledge to protect operational integrity.

In my recent role at CoLife Dubai, I owned operational workflows across a 300+ unit residential portfolio—enforcing a 7-day maximum SLA for escalations, tracking progress through structured monitoring, and maintaining full audit trail and structured case documentation in Bitrix24. Earlier, at World Real Estate, I managed a high-volume pipeline in AMO CRM and applied legal background to qualify inquiries safely; and at Edrus Centre, I built back office operations from scratch for 10 nationalities, coordinating directly with the Russian Federal Migration Service while delivering zero missed regulatory deadlines through clear SOPs and disciplined prioritization.
