What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven Administrative & Operations Specialist with 8+ years supporting international FMCG and automotive companies across operations, executive administration, marketing support, finance-adjacent workflows, and HR. I optimize business processes, streamline documentation, coordinate vendors and budgets, and ensure compliance in fast-paced multicultural environments. Since May 2026, I’ve also performed Health & Safety responsibilities, supporting occupational safety documentation and internal compliance processes.
Previously, as a Trade and Digital Marketing Coordinator, I coordinated digital marketing initiatives and managed a full documentation lifecycle across Trade Marketing, Digital, PR, and Merchandising—eliminating a backlog of 217 outstanding documents.
