What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead compliance, AML, fraud, and payments operations where I can strengthen practical controls, optimize payment performance, develop teams through case-based training, and work closely with senior stakeholders and regulators.

At Storm International, I've spent more than nine years progressing from customer service into compliance, payments, and fraud leadership within iGaming. I now lead AML, Fraud, and Payment teams while advising senior management on licensing and operational compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

I develop policies, procedures, risk assessments, training, and payment-environment controls that work in day-to-day operations. My work covers KYC, CDD, EDD, AML, fraud investigations, suspicious-activity reporting, chargeback disputes, reconciliation, payment-method integrations, and acceptance-rate optimization at sustainable cost.

I'm a trusted contact for regulators and supervisory authorities, and I use practical, case-based training to develop teams. I'm also completing a master's degree in Management of Business Organizations to strengthen how I structure and substantiate management decisions.
