What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead finance operations in iGaming or fintech, with responsibility for payment flows, reconciliations, reporting, automation, and financial control.

I'm managing financial operations for an iGaming and fintech holding’s internal payment provider, which I helped set up from scratch. I track provider balances, control settlements, prevent financial losses, and report clearly to internal merchant brands.

Across client-facing gaming brands and payment infrastructure, I've handled multi-currency reconciliations, P&L and Cash Flow calculations, rolling reserves, chargebacks, processing fees, FX differences, and PSP billing disputes. I also build Google Sheets dashboards that replace manual processing and support management reporting.

Previously, I managed humanitarian project finance and MEAL activities at World Vision International, coordinated cross-functional work, and led a team of six. At MTP GLOBAL, I built management accounting processes, managed budgeting, banking, AR/AP, and cost control, and coordinated development work on a proprietary platform.
