I’m looking for a role where I can lead digital learning and onboarding, partnering with HR and IT to improve crew performance through structured instructional design, coaching, and measurable training outcomes in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

I’m a Digital Training and Learning Specialist with 10+ years in the cruise and hospitality industry, combining training delivery, digital systems, and guest-facing operations. At Princess Cruises, I deliver structured onboarding and onboard training for multicultural teams on platforms like the Princess App and Medallion systems, improving operational efficiency and user adoption.

I design and develop training materials and quick-reference tools, coach crews one-on-one and in groups, and run training needs analysis with HR, IT, and operations. I’ve led digital training for Sun Princess’s inaugural season, supported Sapphire Princess’s post-pandemic re-entry, standardized Medallion Class knowledge transfer across departments, and earned recognition for executing large-scale training under pressure without compromising quality.
