I am a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant and data analyst who combines strong administrative skills with practical data analysis expertise to drive efficient operations and informed decisions. I reliably manage calendars, client communications, record keeping, and data entry while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

In my current role as a Data Analysis Intern, I analyze structured datasets using Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and Power BI, build interactive dashboards with DAX, and perform customer segmentation and sentiment analysis to surface actionable insights. I translate complex analyses into clear visual reports that support data-driven decision-making.

Previously, I managed outlet operations and frontline customer support, trained junior staff, and performed inventory, reporting, and cash handling duties. I also served as a Data Entry Officer maintaining high data quality through validation, backups, and error correction, and I have teaching and laboratory support experience from secondary education work.

I am pursuing an MPH to deepen my public health knowledge and hold multiple certifications in data analysis, generative AI, data quality, and related areas. I bring professionalism, adaptability, and a focus on delivering measurable improvements in workflows and reporting.
