In my current role as Lead, Sales Support & Administration, I’ve led end-to-end sales support and administrative operations. I prepared and delivered technical and commercial proposals that contributed to a 40% increase in successful bids, while supporting negotiation and deal conversions.

I work closely with engineering teams to develop accurate, client-focused solutions and provide pre-sales support through solution structuring. I also monitor the sales pipeline and generate sales performance reports and insights to guide strategic decision-making.
