I’m a customer-focused, highly organized professional with experience in event management, hospitality support, and customer service. I’m skilled in guest relations, communication, teamwork, and administrative support, and I take pride in delivering excellent client experiences.

As an Event Manager (2023–Present), I coordinate events and manage guest experiences end-to-end. I communicate with clients, vendors, and attendees, handle scheduling and planning, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain professional service standards while resolving issues efficiently.

Through volunteer Hospitality Support at various events, I assisted with guest reception and customer support. I also helped coordinate event logistics and attendee management, working collaboratively with teams to keep operations smooth.

I’m comfortable working in remote and online environments, where I manage schedules, handle email management, provide chat/customer support, and complete data entry with strong attention to detail. I’m now seeking roles such as Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Representative, Data Entry Clerk, and related administrative and hospitality coordination work.
