What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can teach and research with real-world relevance—designing courses, guiding students, and publishing evidence-based work—while contributing strategic thinking learned from healthcare product management and stakeholder engagement.

I’m a university lecturer and researcher based in Lebanon, combining pedagogy with evidence-based research to help students build real business and research capabilities. I plan lessons, prepare teaching materials, and deliver courses aligned with the syllabus while supporting student learning through examples tied to their experiences.

In my teaching roles at LIU and MUBS, I’ve delivered undergraduate and graduate/MBA-level modules including Strategic Management, Research Methods for Business, Total Quality Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, and Corporate Governance. I also coordinate course teaching and assessments—preparing exams, quizzes, schedules, and instructor’s manuals.

Beyond academia, I worked in healthcare and pharmaceutical business strategy as a Therapy Area Specialist (Product Manager) and previously as a Medical Representative at Hikma Pharmaceuticals. I oversaw a Hospital IV product line, managed a network of 40 Key Opinion Leaders, and led initiatives that increased Ferinject orders and utilization from 7 units to 400 units at AUBMC.

I analyze research papers and academic journals, and I write and publish research articles. With my Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) and research-focused training, I bring curiosity, structure, and practical insight to every classroom and project I lead.
