Am a customer support representative who communicates clearly, stays organized, and resolves customer issues efficiently to help drive business growth and customer satisfaction. In my current role, I handle customer requests and complaints and ensure they are solved as needed using CRM Freshdesk, Google Workspace, Slack, and other tools.

I bring hands-on experience across customer support and virtual assistance, including virtual assistant work (1.5 years) and email and inbox management (2 years). My background also includes customer relationship management customer issue resolution (2 years), so I can manage inquiries confidently and keep support interactions on track.

Am also expanding my Digital and IT Skills through professional training to strengthen how I perform in a remote environment. Alongside my volunteer work as a customer support representative with DEFEND, I’ve built a professional foundation through my Higher National Diploma studies in procurement and supply chain management and technology.
