What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote customer support, CRM support, virtual assistance, or administrative work where I can contribute to customer experience and business operations.

In my Customer Relations Officer role with Remote Online Company, I supported customer-related communication in a remote work environment and responded to customer needs with a service-oriented approach.

I also prepared official communications, announcements, and event publicity for an association, supporting communication between its leadership and students.

As a campus brand promoter, I promoted brand awareness and engaged students in marketing activities. I also assisted with planning and coordinating campus events and promotional activities.

I'm studying Business Administration at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) and completed Coursera’s Introduction to CRM with HubSpot course. I have foundational knowledge of contact management, sales pipelines, marketing emails, and dashboard reporting.
