I am an IT Engineer with extensive experience in network support and administration, currently working at Federal Palace Hotel & Casino. My role involves managing the company’s datacenter and IT infrastructure, providing end-user support, and ensuring the smooth operation of various IT systems. I have a strong background in Cisco and Nortel equipment, Microsoft systems, and cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.

Previously, I served as the Head of Technical Department at Firstlogic Enterprise, where I was responsible for managerial decisions and technical issues across branches. My experience includes implementing and configuring Windows servers, managing Active Directory, and providing networking support. I am passionate about leveraging technology to solve problems and enhance operational efficiency.
