I build and document operational systems that help busy founders and executives stay organized. My work spans calendar and inbox management, project coordination, CRM support, and data-driven reporting.

Through hands-on projects, I’ve managed multi-time-zone executive calendars, resolved scheduling conflicts, maintained prioritization rules, and coordinated project launch timelines in Asana. I’ve also managed contacts and deals in HubSpot, using AI-assisted tools to log activity and draft client follow-ups.

I create clear, centralized process documentation in Notion to reduce ambiguity around recurring work. I’m comfortable working across Notion, Asana, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Calendly, Microsoft Office, Slack, Canva, and Claude.

Previously, I supported clients across retail, healthcare, insurance, energy, and financial services as a Customer Service Agent at SA Commercial. I also managed records, official documentation, and correspondence as Secretary for the UCT Humanities Student Council.
