At PPG Industries (Kinzel Benefits), I handle 450–500 inbound and outbound calls daily, qualify leads, document insurance concerns, and sell insurance deals.

Previously, at Chromogene International Limited, I worked with the director on company growth, client satisfaction, staff support, confidential records, inventory, training, and office systems.
