What I'm looking for
I’m a Virtual Assistant focused on administrative support, project coordination, customer relationshipin management, and stakeholder engagement. I bring strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of handling tasks accurately in fast-paced environments.
In my current role at Bizcadem Services (June 2025–present), I manage calendars and schedule meetings, handle email correspondence, maintain digital records, and conduct online research. I also use digital productivity tools and proficient project management software to improve efficiency and keep work organized.
Since 2021, I’ve supported Olagold Tiling and Marble through virtual assistance and customer service. I manage the company’s social media platforms, create and schedule engaging content, design marketing graphics and promotional materials, and respond to inquiries while maintaining strong client and customer relationships.
