Message

At International Rescue Committee, I lead MEAL framework, data quality, survey design, and donor evaluations, using evidence to support program decisions and learning. As Senior MEAL Manager, I designed and rolled out MEAL systems that strengthened accountability to affected populations and informed real-time decision-making.

Earlier, at International Rescue Committee and other humanitarian organizations, I supported monitoring and evaluation across Syria and Türkiye, including remote monitoring, data verification, and feedback mechanisms. My work also includes technical review of food-system grant applications and geostatistical analysis of soil properties for my master’s research.
