At Refugee Rights Turkey (Mülteci Hakları Merkezi), I provided legal guidance to asylum seekers and refugees navigating registration, education, and healthcare services. I also conducted country of origin research and built referral networks with NGOs, legal aid providers, and government agencies.
At Community Volunteers Foundation (Toplum Gönüllüleri Vakfı), I managed the implementation of two simultaneous projects, including budget planning, monitoring, and reporting. I designed monitoring and evaluation frameworks and authored a published report on youth work and social inclusion in Turkey.
At Hrant Dink Foundation, I analyzed Turkish print and online media for hate speech and discriminatory discourse, producing monthly reports for the Media Watch on Hate Speech project. My work also includes research reports and English-to-Turkish book translations.
