What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR recruiting role where I can run end-to-end selection, headhunt proactively, and build reliable candidate pipelines—using my structured communication and process-improvement mindset to hire the right people.

I’m an HR Recruiting Manager with a strong, structured approach to talent search—starting from candidate pre-selection and phone/online interviews through to competency assessment and readiness for hire. I also take an active role in preparing all necessary hiring data, supported by continuous candidate data acquisition and regular candidate database maintenance.

I headhunt across different platforms to ensure business success and participate in job fairs and events to keep our pipeline strong. My style is highly communicative and collaborative, with the belief that clear communication is critical for both team success and candidate experience.

Before HR, I built deep technical and process experience in fashion product development: I organized pattern and prototype design for homewear, lingerie, and swimwear, handled technical sketches and reports, and used Lectra tools and measurement tables to place patterns on fabrics for all sizes. I supported on-time sampling by checking fabric and accessory status, managed client reclamations, and improved collection quality, workmanship, and fit through fitting reports and optimization of minutes and costs.

Earlier, I worked as a Pattern maker (Gerber) and as a Technical engineer supporting style data sheets and production follow-up—coordinating with suppliers on minutes, prices, fabric consumption, accessories, linings, labeling, and delivery time. I also completed LEAN / Six Sigma training (process improvement) and bring a methodical, analytical mindset to every project and team.
