What I'm looking for

I seek a role combining finance and IT operations where I can apply collections, SAP and helpdesk expertise, contribute to process improvements, mentor teammates, and grow in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

I am a finance professional with 17 years' experience spanning accounting, collections, audit, consulting and IT helpdesk support. I combine bookkeeping and credit control experience with technical skills in SAP, middleware monitoring and first-level IT support to improve processes and reduce outstanding debt.

I have supported teams as a deputy team leader, delivered process improvements, and provided technical and customer-facing support across multiple companies. I am friendly, positive, eager to learn, and seeking a fresh start where I can contribute both my financial and IT operations expertise.
