I’m looking for a remote role in a growing company where I can contribute to business operations and take ownership of key processes—especially invoicing, cashflow monitoring, and administrative/HR support.

I’m a Business Operations Professional with 6+ years of hands-on experience supporting financial, administrative, and operational activities in dynamic business environments. I bring strong expertise in invoicing, cashflow monitoring, and financial data management, with a proven ability to keep processes accurate, efficient, and continuous.

In my current role as Financial Specialist (Administrative & HR Functions), I manage invoicing end-to-end—issuing, sending, and following up with clients, suppliers, and partners across multiple entities. I maintain and update financial records and spreadsheets with daily transactions, perform bank reconciliations, monitor account balances, support VAT reporting (including preparation of supporting data like D473), and analyze financial data for internal sales and performance reporting.

I also support cashflow on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis, help with payroll processes, and prepare contracts, agreements, and related documentation for employees, clients, and partners. With full-time remote experience, I’ve coordinated procurement activities and logistics for staff and business partners, acting as a primary point of contact to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
