•Preparing communication on behalf of Miss Mavume.
•Preparing any research required.

• Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.
•Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
•Maintaining records of all sale leads and customer accounts.
•Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
