What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote customer support, sales support or e-commerce support opportunity with an employer that hires internationally and permits work from South Africa.

At The Cross Trainer, XTRND and Rochester, I engaged with customers, helped them with product enquiries and selection, and communicated product information to support sales.

I also supported merchandising by keeping displays neat and accessible and helping maintain an organised, customer-ready sales floor.

With The Cross Trainer and XTRND, I represented retail brands in social media modelling and promotional activities, helping showcase products and support brand visibility.
