Managed critical Data Center infrastructure within a Tier 1 Australian ISP environment. Performed Data Center migration from traditional Cisco Nexus to Cisco ACI and automated router and switch configuration with Python.

Architected two custom web applications, including a Website Monitoring and Backup solution and a CRM Voice Calling platform with PBX integration. Managed AWS infrastructure, pfSense firewalls, and Linux systems.

Created new network designs and deployed devices on the AWS network. Automated workflows using Python and resolved complex network issues with various AWS teams.

Approved network designs and implemented complex solutions for customers. Automated network processes using Python and configured routing, switching, and SDWAN solutions.

Configured and troubleshot routers and switches, implemented routing protocols and MPLS VPNs, and provisioned various layer 2 services. Migrated large enterprise customer networks and implemented change management.
