Defined the AI product vision, PRD, and roadmap for OrchestrAI, a B2B SaaS that monitors workflow platforms to detect silent failures in real time. Led end-to-end discovery, built a Failure Detection Engine with an engineering team, and launched a public waitlist and go-to-market positioning.

Designed and deployed LLM-powered customer onboarding automation to classify user intent and trigger personalized action sequences without manual triage. Built multi-step automation workflows using Apify, Make.com, n8n, Voiceflow, and data stores while adding validation, fallback logic, and retry-handling for production reliability.
