At Birdview Travels & Tours, I managed 250+ Canadian immigration clients across an 18-stage pipeline and designed RELAY, an AI-assisted CRM and internal operations system. I also built an immigration knowledge system, evaluated AI outputs, developed Google Sheets-to-WhatsApp automation, and delivered an 11-module company-wide AI literacy programme.
