At EventPlatform, I develop web applications for L'Oréal Paris and built a site-builder platform for creating and managing client websites. I also developed the backend for the company's CRM platform.

I developed a chatbot backend with FastAPI and the Claude API, using Redis for active conversation context and PostgreSQL for dialogue history. I also developed a RAG-based Q&A service over project documentation using pgvector and the Claude API.

Previously, at TrackTrack, I developed web applications for legal projects and worked on AI-based monitoring of draft regulations. I used a microservice architecture and automated testing to improve the project.
