I’m looking for a customer-focused hospitality role where I can support daily operations with excellent service, learn from experienced teams, and grow my culinary/pastry skills through hands-on training in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a Science graduate and hospitality-focused professional with Tourism Management experience centered on Culinary. I bring strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, paired with a detail-oriented approach under pressure.

In my hospitality experience, I support daily pastry production as a kitchen assistant/trainee—preparing, baking, and plating items to standard recipes while maintaining food safety, hygiene, and consistent quality. I also handle customer feedback professionally and collaborate effectively with coworkers in a fast-paced environment.

I’m proficient with digital tools like Microsoft Word and Excel, and I work comfortably with online systems and collaboration platforms. My goal is to deliver reliable, customer-focused service while continuously improving through practical training and hospitality transformation initiatives.
