I am a highly motivated and dedicated fresh graduate in Tourism with a strong focus on data analysis, details, and timeliness. Throughout my education and internship experience, I have developed skills in QA & QC, project management, and team management. I am eager to apply my knowledge and abilities professionally in the field of QA & QC, product development, or managerial in the food industry.

In my previous role as QA & QC Intern at PT. Senang Ganyang Lapar, I successfully developed SOPs, tracker tools, and training systems related to food safety and QC implementation. I also handled complaint investigations, resulting in a 58% reduction in quality complaints.

As a detail-oriented and quick learner, I am confident in my ability to adapt to new challenges and contribute to the success of an organization.
